Listen in as we interview Madison County Sheriff Todd Hood. Sheriff Hood talks with us about the newly passed Bail Reform law in New York State and expresses his opinion on how the new policies fail to keep the community safe. He shares examples, as well as personal experiences of how the new law limits discretion of judges and prosecutors to properly limit public exposure to dangerous criminals. Sheriff Hood also talks about marijuana legalization and the ramifications on the community if such a law were passed . He also explains the wonderful Life Saver program in Madison County which helps to locate loved ones who are at risk of wandering or becoming lost.
