We interview Jennifer Cotett, Stop DWI Prevention Education Specialist and Sgt. Matt White, Drug Recognition Expert and Officer for the Madison County Sheriff’s Office. Jen and Sgt. White talk about the serious issue of DWI prevention and how it pertains to Madison County. We discuss some of the statistics concerning driving while impaired in our area as well as how law enforcement agencies work together to crackdown on DWIs at peak times. Jen also talks about how she does outreach in our community to educate teens and adults, and invites us on January 25th at 7PM, to the Morrisville Mustangs Men’s Ice Hockey game where they will be hosting a STOP DWI Prevention Game to honor Kane Buss, a 19 year old boy, who was struck and killed by a drunk driver.
