We interview Jim Coulthart, Ward 3 representative currently serving on the Oneida Common Council. Mr. Coulthart walks us through what the Common Council is, and how the council governs in the city of Oneida. He talks to us about the issues that the city is currently working through and invites to get involved and join the Common Council during their meetings. Mr. Coulthart also shares with us some of his experiences as a long-time resident of Oneida, how the city has changes, and what people can do to appreciate home a little more.
